With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy M Hays of Raytown, Missouri, born in Boonville, Missouri, who passed away on February 6, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry W. Bechtold and Mabel K. Bechtold (Oswald); her husband Michael (Mike); and her siblings, Ellen, Jim, Max, Alice, Virginia, Mary Jean, Harold and Bob.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Chapa (Ernesto), Michael "Brian" (Leslie), Gary (Robyn), John (Wanda) and Mark (Jan).
