She is survived by: her husband James Brown Jr.; her children, Frank Phillips (Maryann) of Springfield, IL, Jerome Neal (Laura) of Kansas City, MO, Marcellas Neal (Dionne) of Springfield, MO, James Brown III (Emelin) of Chicago, IL, Isaac Neal of Orlando, IL, Jamar Brown (Nichelle) of Davenport, Toni Neal Yates (Robert) of Springfield, MO and Lachae Brown; her close friend Ryne of Springfield, IL; her mother Rose Lee Phillips of Davenport; and her siblings, Raymond Phillips of Davenport, Webster Phillips of Washington, DC., Sebron Phillips (Paula) of Chicago, IL, Andrew Phillips of St. Paul, MN, Patricia Smith (Edward) of Davenport and Linda Foster of Davenport. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
