He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette Belgarde and Roger Belgarde. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Jacob and Jessica; his grandchildren, Jonathan and Theone; and his siblings, Roger (Tracy) and Teri (Fred). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
