He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Culbertson and Patricia Culbertson. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Culbertson and Bill Culbertson; and his siblings, Glenda Reed, John M Culbertson and Joe D. Culbertson II. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
