She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Goolsby (Lippold) and Ralph Goolsby; her husband James Fleming (Jim); her son Don; and her siblings, Dorothy McKinsey (Roland), Donald (Donna), Robert (Alyce) and Richard Goolsby (Dick).
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Henning (Bruce) and Jay (Pat) of Archie, MO.; her brothers, Ray (Debbie) of Sulphur, LA and Roy (Jan) of Grain Valley, MO; her son Scott (Barbara) of Kansas City, MO.; and her sisters, Ilene Stephens of Auburn, NE. and Mary Herbster of Auburn. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
