He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his sons, Joseph (Bree) and Jacob (Misty); his parents, Ed Hawley and Charlene Hawley of Kansas City, Missouri; and his brother Brett (Lisa). He is also survived by his nephew and nieces as well as many extended family and friends.
