He was predeceased by: his father Billy Joe Halbrook; his grandfather Salvatore Agrusa; his sister Bridget Halbrook; and his uncle Frank Dominic Agrusa. He is survived by: his mother Deanna Boyd; his wife Marlo; his sons, Alexander and Dominic; his aunt JoAnn Fisher; his uncle Terry Fisher; and his siblings, Sandra Nelson, Angela McCoy, Melissa Johnson, Bob Halbrook and Joshua Price. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
