He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vechnak and Tessie Vechnak; and his brothers, Jack and Tom Vechnak. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Vechnak; his daughters, Joyce Sampson (Todd) and Carolyn Vechnak Buasri; his grandchildren, Austin, Sydney, Samantha and Madeline; and his great grandchildren, Ava and Aubree. He is also survived by three brothers and many nieces and nephews.
