He is survived by: his wife Ellie Upchurch (Ulery); his daughters, Tracy Wynne (Brian Nichelson) and Claudia Upchurch; his brother Jerry Upchurch (Pat); and his grandchildren, Ashley Keller, Samantha Shelton (Andy), Michael Wynne, Jr., Marshal Howard and Amanda Armendariz (Michael).
