He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Coy and Betty Coy (Murphy). He is survived by: his wife Dixie Coy; his sister Lucinda Ballard; his children, Timothy Coy, Anthony Coy and Sarah Coy; and his stepdaughter Kim Mangum. He is also survived by 4 grandsons.
