She is survived by: her parent Harley Sampson; her children, Alice Marie Schmidt (Larry) of Grandview, MO, Harley Dale O'Neal (June) of Odessa, MO, David Paul O'Neal (Dianne) and Cecil Sampson O'Neal; and her sister Fern Sparks of Princeton, MO. She is also survived by 5 granddaughters; 8 grandsons; 13 great granddaughters; 8 great grandsons; 3 great-great grandsons and many nieces and nephews.
