She is survived by: her daughters, Ashley Michele Cunningham (Milton Dean) of Lee's Summit and Jennifer Lee Wurtz (Ronnie G.) of Belton, Missouri; her siblings, John Dyer VanGorkom (Kathy) of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, Mary Sue McHenry of Belton, Linda Lee Christopherson (Jim) of Lathrop, Nancy Jane Ferrel (Jerre) of Lee's Summit and Joyce Marie Yager (Mark) of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Christopher David Blair, Taylar Ashley Bruce, Dakota Walker Wurtz, Macee Alexis Blair, Victoria Rose Blair, Auttumn Grace Blair and Saige Leigh Wurtz. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
