He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his brothers, Gerry and Steve Edwards. He is survived by: his children, Diann Bonner and Tom F. Edwards; his children-in-law, Eric Bonner and Amy Edwards; his grandchildren, Beth Cook, Sara Bonner, Kaitlyn, Paxton and Kendall Edwards; his in-laws, Gabe Cook and Stuart Washington; his great grandchildren, Charles, Dean Cook and Sylvan Washington; his brother Jack; and his sister-in-law Faye Edwards. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Floral Hills Funeral Home and Cemetery (7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64133). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
