He was predeceased by: his parents, John Macaluso and Jo Anna Macaluso (Conte); his wife Elizabeth Fisher; and his brothers, Jimmy Macaluso, Louis Macaluso, Roger Macaluso and Richard Macaluso.

He is survived by: his children, Tina Baitinger (Steven) of Raymore, MO, Louie Macaluso of Michigan City, IN and Rick Macaluso (Melissa) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Michelle Williams (Chad), Gregg Baitinger (Kristina), Jennifer Stewart (William), Danielle Macaluso and Nathan Macaluso; his great grandchildren, Landon Williams, Cameron Williams, Braden Williams, Olivia Baitinger, Simon Baitinger, Kinley Stewart, Brynn Stewart and Konner Stewart; and his sister Patricia Macaluso of St. Louis, MO..
