He is survived by: his wife Margaret Shaffer; his children, Andrew Shaffer (Michelle) and Rebecca Stroder; his brothers, Robert Shaffer (Darline) and William Shaffer (Barbara); his grandchildren, Madeleine, Annabelle, Emi, Katie, Alyssa and Alex; and his great grandchildren, Karlee, Bailee and Jolee.
