He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Arthur and Nora Arthur; and his siblings, Don Arthur, Evelyn Wyatt Wooliver and Elma June Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; and his children, Pamela Townsend, Steven Arthur, David Arthur and Steve. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
