He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Ray Lowry. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Louise Lowry (Lea); his wife June Lowry; his daughter Stephanie Lowry; his siblings, L. Elwood Lowry, Joe Lowry (Janet) and Donna Defreitas (Jake); his sisters-in-law, Sharon Duncan and Pam Richards (Ron); his grandchildren, Shelly, Lillian and Dorian Austin; his aunt Margaret Fay Hackney; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Dixon, Jeremy Riley, JD Defreitas, Edward Lowry, Michelle Wiedenmann, Melinda Morgan, Melissa Wise, Travis Duncan and Meredith Anstine.
