He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl and Irma Helen Goff; and his son Jeffry Goff. He is survived by: his spouse Judith Hickam; his children, Mary Elizabeth and John Phillip; his wife Judy of Raymore; his sister Connie Goff of Windsor; and his children, Mary Beth (Kathy Jones) of Carbondale, Phillip Goff, Emilia Edwards, Jeffery Edwards of Lenexa Ks and Angela Edwards. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
