He was predeceased by: his father Donald Newell. He is survived by: his mother Patty Alewel; his stepfather Ralph Alewel; his children, Jeremy Newell (Katie) and Minden Morrison (Shane); his siblings, Jay Alewel, Scott Newell (Heather), Vickey Drehle (Terry) and Sheri Higinbotham (Mike); and his grandchildren, Bo Morrison, Brooks Morrison and Baby Newell. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
