He was predeceased by: his parent Ray M.. He is survived by: his parent Alma Church; his wife Maurene Church; his children, Theresa, Isaman of De Graff, OH, Patricia Fleckenstein (Wayne) of Okahumpka, FL and Rick Church (Barbara) of Raymore, MO; and his brother Williard Church (Valerie) of Dublin, OH. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
