He was predeceased by: his parents, George Albert Lewis and Beverly Jean Lewis (Ingle); his grandson Cory Ryan Fox; and his brother Ricky Dale Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Fox (Carlton) and Julie Ruth Lewis; his grandchildren, Catherine Ellen Lewis and Michael Dale Lewis; and his sister Suzette Elaine Hagen. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
