He is survived by: his wife Gearldine "Jerri" Higgins; his children, Tim Higgins and Tammy Halupnick; the mother of his children Kay Best; his stepmother Ida Mae Higgins; his stepbrothers, Paul and Willie Ferrell; his stepdaughters, Delisa Glasco (Lockhart) and Dixie Busby (Lockhart); his grandchildren, Jake Clark, Cole Halupnick and Michelle Jordan (Michael); his great grandchildren, Colton and Marla Jordan; and his friends, Lee and Vonnie Erwin.
