She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Henry Liverett, Jr. and Willie Mae Liverett (Duckworth); her husband Hank Sprague; and her children, Michael Sprague and Sharon Covey.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Sprague (Patricia) and Gary Sprague (Teresa); her granddaughter Rebecca Wright (Garrett); her great grandchild Skye Wright; her grandchildren, Tracy Riley (Doug), David Covey and Michael Covey (Courtney Thompson); and her great grandchild Jason Bradley.
As time went on, Frances was losing the battle with Alzheimer's and dementia.
