Margaret I. Bannerman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret I. Bannerman of Raymore, Missouri, born in Egeland, North Dakota, who passed away on April 16, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Margaret may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Margaret touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. McLean and Marggaret Elphinstone McLean; and her husband Donald F. Bannerman. She is survived by: her children, LeAnn Kinman (Jerry), Lori Wayne (Casey), Mike Bannerman (Janelle) and Pat Bannerman (Misty); and her brothers, John McLean (Marianne) and Archie McLean. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Sabina Catholic Church (700 Trevis Ave, Belton, MO 64012). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Sabina Parish.
