She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfell F. Herring and Nellie P. Turner; her daughter Deborah Kelly; her siblings, Rachel, Dixie, Zella, Kerry and Freemont; and her daughter-in-law Stacy Kelly.
She is survived by: her husband John A. Kelly; her son Wyatt Kelly; and her grandchildren, Kaylin Rainwater (Dustin), Crystal Kelly (Sean), Wyatt, Brendon and Emily.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery (20109 MO-13 BUS, Higginsville, MO 64037).
