He was predeceased by: his parents, John Quincy and Naomi Beckerdite; and his siblings, Robert J. Beckerdite and Norma Short. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mary Alice Welborn; his wife Mary Alice Beckerdite; and his children, Ron Beckerdite (Marvina), Rhonda Bennett (Cliff), Brenda Ellis (Michael) and Don Beckerdite (Joeva). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
