He was predeceased by: his mother Gayle M. Jackson; and his uncles, Darrell Jackson and Rodney Jackson. He is survived by: his father Gary V. Cox; his aunt Donna Jackson Barnes; and his cousins, Richard Jackson (Stacy), Christopher Jackson (Anissa) and Dawn Jackson Depew.
