He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Gene Rust and Donna Marie Rust (Bowman); and his former wife Deborah Lynn Rust (Spears). He is survived by: his wife Judy Rust (Vickers); his children, Jimmy Rust (Christal) and Jeanne Dennison; his brother Bill Rust; his grandchildren, Austin Rust (Madison Smith), Tommy Rust (McKenna), Deborah Rust, Callie Jaymes and Emilia Jewel; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Shane Rust and James Patrick Rust.
