It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fredrick Fairchild III (Raymore, Missouri), born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 9, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvel Lenore Fairchild (Curtis) and Fredrick James Fairchild Jr.; and his daughter Rebecca Simbro. He is survived by: his wife Lola Kathreen Malone of Raymore, MO; his daughters, Deborah Hansen (Jonathan) of Dallas, OR and Elizabeth Reicher (James) of Raymore, MO; and his brother Ronald R Fairchild of Ponca City, OK. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, three step grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions a private graveside will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Kansas City Hospice House and Palliative Care and to the Kansas State Alumni Association.
