He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence C. Webb and Rena Mary Webb (Keatering); his siblings, Cleopatra Radford, Jerome and Clarence "Clifford" Webb; and his grandson Brian K. Winkler.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Webb; his children, Dean Webb, Tamra Pitts, Debora Winkler and Darla Seip; and his grandchildren, Jason Winker, Stephanie Winkler, Kyle Winkler, Keith Winkler, Brandi Siep, Dustyn Siep and Joshua Reinhard.
