He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd W. Fuller and Ava C Fuller (Fogle); and his siblings, Roberta Sodaro, Mary McCoy and Robert Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Fuller (Koker); his sons, Dwane Fuller and Forrest Fuller Jr. (Debra); his sister Clara Fox; his grandchildren, Hanna Fuller, Ian Fuller (Jackie) and Keith Fuller (Lydia); and his great grandchildren, Grayson and Aria Fuller.
