She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Shepard and Mary Shepard (Briscoe); her husbands, Marvin McAfee and Jack Briscoe; her daughters, Teresa McAfee Butcher and Cheryl McAfee; and her brothers, Lawrence Shepard Jr., Donald Shepard and James Shepard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kristen Hawley (Raymond) of Harrisonville, MO and Marilyn Keck; and her sister Gwen Andrew of Lee's Summit, MO. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
