He is survived by: his wife Laura Wade (Boydston); his sister Myrna Williams; his children, Daren E. Wade, Jeri LeVota (Dave), Sherry Wald (Kevin) and David K. Wade; and his stepsons, Joshua Dreyer, Brian Dreyer (Mara) and Timothy Dreyer (Holly). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Missouri Palliative and Hospice Care.
