He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Crittenden and Betty Reese Crittenden (Underwood). He is survived by: his wife Susan (Szalecki) of Raymore, MO; his children, Charles David Reese (Jessica) of San Antonio, TX and Nicole Knapp (Cheyenne) of Butler, MO; his siblings, Jack (BJ) of Bartlesville, OK and Janetta Tracewell of Dewey, OK; and his nephews, Alex Reese of Copan, OK, Carl Lowe (Alison) of Bartlesville, OK, Fred Tracewell of Bartlesville, OK, Cody Key (Jamie) of Dewey, OK and Chris Hamlett of Bartlesville, OK. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and numerous great and great-grand nephews and nieces.
The family is requesting that instead of flowers, a contribution be made to your local United Way organization (e.g. Bartlesville Regional United Way or Greater Kansas City United Way, etc.).
