It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brenda Shelton (Raymore, Missouri), born in Norborne, Missouri, who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Floyd White, Sr. and Minnie Mae White (Slaughter); her sister Penelope Jones; her son Juan Miles; and her grandchildren, Matthew and Kaitlyn Dodd.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Shelton Jr.; her children, Everett "Butch" Dodd, LaTanya Dodd-Badmus (Opeyemi), Alexis Dodd-Conley (Billy) and Nicole McKelvin-Spicer (Anthony); and her sisters, Sondra White, Wendy White (Brenda), Sherri White (Traci), Jacqueline Redeemer and Carolyn Jones. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; and thirty-one great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and several cousins.
