He is survived by: his wife Patricia Zeitelhack (Bazan); his daughter Joan Sigmon (Zeitelhack); his son-in-law James Sigmon of Henderson, NV; his son James Zeitelhack; his daughter-in-law Anne Zeitelhack (Dold) of Overland Park, KS; and his grandchildren, Alissa Zeitelhack, Alexander Sigmon and Avery James Zeitelhack (AJ).
