He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Browning and Velma Halman; his son William Lyle Browning (Bill); and his siblings, Royce Nick Browning, Shirley Browning Bridges and Ella Mae Browning Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona; his children, Heidi Browning, Kenneth Wayne Regot, III (Jennifer), Sonya Halsey (Troy), Mike Browning and John Browning (Antonia); and his siblings, Marie Browning Strong and Lyle Harmon Browning. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations should by made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
