He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Schieber and Eleanor Schieber (Lager); his wife Doris M. Rogers; his daughter Eleanor Cottrell; his granddaughter Jessica Schieber; his great grandchild Hayden Niendick; and his siblings, Beatrice Rogers and Edward Schieber.
He is survived by: his children, David Schieber, Linda Berry, Kevin Schieber (Rosemary), Teresa Maline (Patrick), Deanne Cordell and Sheila Kizer (Daniel); and his siblings, Lawrence "Butch" Schieber, Agnes Welliver, Martin Schieber, Andy Schieber, Martha Copley, Sr. and Monica Schieber. He is also survived by grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
