He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Durham and Thelma Durham (Byrum); his wife Merilyn S. Reynolds; his son-in-law David Cross; and his siblings-in-law, Ted and Gertrude Reynolds.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Jean Smith (Scott), Larry Durham (Charla), Debra Cross and John Durham (Lynn). He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the St. Francis Foundation-Cardiac Equipment.
