She was predeceased by: her parents, Faye Harding and Aydelot; and her children, Debra Tuttle (Norman) and John Norman. She is survived by: her husband Jim Pennell; her daughters, Kandee Day of Joplin and Wendee Hughes of Joplin; her grandchildren, Jennifer Tuttle, Tony Tuttle, Kelsee Robinson, Taylor Hughes, Kendall Day, Konner Day and Holly Ellis; her great grandchildren, Kynlee, Emmy Sue, Anderson Robinson, Payton, Alyvia, Patrick, Syndee Tuttle and Ellis Tuttle-Grubb; her great great grandchildren, Salvador, Victoria Tuttle and Hadley Rodriguez; and her sisters, Ginger Fuller of Highland Village and Melva Rhinehart of Springfield, Illinois.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Parker Mortuary (1502 S Joplin Ave, Joplin, MO 64804). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
