He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen "Richard" Brown and Zelma Eva Brown (Smith). He is survived by: his spouse Nyoika Sence; and his sisters, Edith Littrell of Annapolis, Betty Clyburn (Larry) of Ellsinore and Barbara Rischer of Annapolis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends.
