He is survived by: his wife Sue Orphan; his mother Pat Sincleair of Arlington, TX; his daughter Donna Zitnak (Kelly) of Poplar Bluff; his grandchildren, Shyenne Zitnak, Samantha Ward (Dalton), Skyler Zitnak (Dakota), Brandon Zitnak and Candice Zitnak; and his siblings, Tamara Menchaca (Chris) of Arlington, TX and James "Jimmy" Sincleair Jr. of Arlington, TX. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
