He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Sr. Woodham and Eva L. Woodham. He is survived by: his children, Justin Woodham of Qulin, Stephanie Woodham of Qulin and April Tinajero of Okeechobee, FL; and his brothers, Jimmie Woodham, Jr. of Qulin, MO and Keith Woodham of Qulin, MO. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
