He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Jacob and Opal Arvelia Giddens Watts; his sons, William Dean and Robert Austin; his grandson Derek Watts; his daughter Patricia Davis; and his siblings, Dale Watts and Joyce Arnold.
He is survived by: his children, Clarence Roger Watts Jr. of Ellington, James Watts (Sandra) of Warsaw, Missouri, Elaine Kaighen (Chuck) of Harrisonville and Judith Jean (Michael) of Bay City, Michigan; his brother Delbert Watts (Marion) of Adrian, Missouri; and his close friend Colleen Nail of Qulin, Missouri. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
