He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Mitchell and Zelma Mitchell; and his son Charles Arlan Mitchell. He is survived by: his children, Charlene Moses (David) of Tuttle, OK, Sandra Mendenhall (Sylvester) of Poplar Bluff, MO and Tammara Len Monroe (Terry) of Locust Grove, OK; and his brother Gilbert Mitchell (Jenny) of Dudley, MO.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
