He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Poling and Velma Webster Poling; his son David Poling; and his brother Virgil Poling. He is survived by: his wife Mary Brown; his sons, Steven Poling and Gary Poling; and his brother Merlin "Shorty" Poling. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
