He was predeceased by: his parents, Birney W. Jones and Ethel Jones (McCormick); his wife Joyce Jones; his siblings, Norman Lynn Jones, Novel Jones (Roberta) and Brenda True; his great grandchild Everley Anderson; his nephew Mikel Jones; and his great-niece Britney Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Jones; his children, Rex Jones of Queen City, Joni Schreiner (Tom) of Wisconsin, Bryan Jones (Sheri) of Queen City and Dyan George (Michael) of Kirksville; and his sister Kay Sidwell. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
