He was predeceased by: his parents, Letha Marie Clay and Hugo Miller; and his half-brothers, Ellis Miller and Howard Miller. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Johns; his daughters, Rhonda Paddock (Nathanial), Delores Zadow (Matt), Heather Beustring (William), Betty Weber (Brent) and Sandy Moffett (Gary); his grandchildren, Larry, Damien, Randy, LeAnna, Emily, Niclole, Hannah, Evan, August, Brittney and Brianna; his siblings, Walter Clay and Shirley Starbuck; and his half-brother Stanley Miller. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
