He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Victor and Mary Wilma Picolet (Duncan); his wife Marianna Picolet; his siblings, Dean, Dale, Marvin Picolet, Dorothy Simmons and Betty Hodgkins; and his brother-in-law Charlie Fleeker.
He is survived by: his friend Ron; his children, Ronald Jr. Picolet (Kay) of Eldridge, Rebecca Kammerer (Steve) of Blue Grass, Richard Picolet of Queen City, Robert Picolet (Lora) of Blue Grass and Randy Picolet of Davenport, Iowa; and his siblings, James "J. P." Picolet (Connie) of Frankfort, Darlene Nemechek of Fall City and Judy Fleeker of Manhattan, Kansas. He is also survived by Grandpa "Pic" was blessed with 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
