He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Walter and Goldie Marie Collis (Boggs); his wife Mayme Faye Stewart; his grandson Christopher Perryman; and his siblings, Richard Eugene, William Walter Collis, Annabelle McCoy and Barbara Capps (Eddie).
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Pantry (Greg) of Glenwood, Robert Collis (Joann) of Queen City, Jessie Collis (Julie) of Queen City, Marty Collis (Beth) of Queen City and Lori Clark (Chad Penn) of Kirksville, Missouri; and his brother-in-law Bill McCoy of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren, nieces and nephews and other family members.
